So…I went to MOMA one day…and luckily there was a fair taking place. I waited for a while till everything started up. I personally love going to places where I can learn new things. But an hour out of my day to go for a free consultation, where I was provided with some more information on the procedure. So I did. It was quick, it was thorough, and it was helpful. I was nervous, I mean who wouldn’t be? It is your eyes? But right after the consultation, all my doubts were cleared and I was very satisfied with the center and the doctors. I booked my surgery for the following week. I had to return the next day for the follow up. I felt stupid for being so paranoid on the day of the surgery. The night of the surgery was a breeze. I woke up next morning I could see everything. I mean even my alarm clock without grabbing my glasses. And that moment was the best moment of my life. It was just great, not having to reach out for your glasses the first thing you wake up. Now I am going in for my monthly check up this week. I would recommend it to everyone! Hi there! My name is Shantel. I am just an ordinary person who works at McDonalds. As everyone knows how much a person who works at McDonalds make? Yea..not much! So, how can someone afford to do Lasiks? Well I did! I went for a consultation with Manhattan Lasik Center, just to see how much it would be. The next thing I know, I had already booked for surgery! Why? Becuase I never expected it to be so easy. I was wondering even before going there...if it is expensive how will I pay for it? How will I make ends meet?
