I've had a great experience with everyone at Manhattan NJ Lasik Center. The customer service is exceptional. I was most nervous about blinking during the operation but I was assured that was not going to happen and it was exactly so. The operation itself was painless; however, there was more pressure than I expected. The pressure itself is not a problem overall. I might suggest some light instrumental music during the procedure. That might have helped me relax. What I disliked, and it truly wasn't a big deal was that after the operation I waited for someone to let me know when it was ok to leave. I was told that I can leave after 10 minutes but I still had a feeling that I was missing something.
I would do the procedure without hesitation. I will recommend it to everyone I know (5 so far). I love that I can see without my lenses, the very next morning. I almost can't believe it. I'm very very happy with the results so far. The doctor was awesome.

Having Lasik surgery was really the best decision I have ever made. Everyone at the office is so nice and understanding. I was extremely nervous on the day of my consultation. But getting to speak with people who had it done the day before really calmed me down and made it so much easier. The doctor was amazing, really so kind and re-assuring. He talked me thought the entire process so I knew what to expect and what was coming next. It truely was the best surgical experience and I would recommend the Manhattan Lasik Center to anyone looking to have Lasik Surgery.

Well, overall I found the entire experience was very rewarding. The facility is gorgeous and very relaxing. The staff were great and nothing but helpful. I have never been to an office that is so well organized and well staffed. Everyone has a smile on their face and everyone knows the protocall very well.
As far as the surgery went, Dr. Niksarli and his assistant were very calming and reassuring thoughout the procedure, however I wouldn't call the procedure pain-free. Everyone has a different threshold for pain, and mine happens to be fairly high. I think I wasn't given enough numbing drops. But, the important thing is today I can SEE!
